Ferdinand

Ferdinand the Walrus

I have a soft spot for walruses. When I went to the orthodontist for braces as a preteen, there was a walrus poster where it had braces on its tusks and the motto ‘braces make beautiful faces’. Mad that I can remember it so many years later!

We were lucky to see Wally the Walrus on the lifeboat station ramp a few years ago in Tenby, they really are remarkable creatures.

Ferdy is a little pet I made for a bit of fun, you can dress him up with a scarf for winter or to go on the Christmas tree!

8cm long x 5cm tall, 6cm wide original ceramic sculpture with suede hanger.
